Application Range of High Temperature Melt Pump

Melt pump is a volumetric gear pump, which uses a pair of cylindrical gears (straight teeth, helical teeth, herringbone teeth) with external teeth to rotate relatively to transport high viscosity fluid. All gears and mating surfaces are grinded and assembly clearance is strictly controlled to obtain accurate flow rate. According to different common conditions of gear and pump body, ZB-B series adopts chromium-nickel alloy steel and high temperature tool steel; ZB-H series adopts imported CPM tool steel or titanium-tantalum alloy material, with overall quenching, hardness HRC62-68 and good wear resistance.

1. ZB-B series: working temperature: <400 (), cleaning temperature: <450 (), outlet pressure () 40Mpa (6,000psi), viscosity: <30000Pa.s.

2.ZB-H series: working temperature: <510 (), cleaning temperature: <590 (), outlet pressure () 70 Mpa (10,000 psi), maximum differential pressure () 50 Mpa (7,000 psi), viscosity (<20,000 Pa.s).

3. Sealing generally adopts spiral seal and packing seal, and other mechanical seal forms can also be used according to customer requirements.

4. Driving motor + reducer + universal coupling + pump body, motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation or servo speed regulation, can be adjusted to the required flow at will. Servo motor speed regulation is recommended for products with high precision.

5. The melt temperature can be accurately controlled by heating the melt pump with electric heating rod or heat medium.
